Patrimonica Merges With iNFiNi-t
PATRIMONICA FAMILY OFFICE ("PATRIMONICA") AND iNFiNi-t WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISORS INC. ("iNFiNi-t") ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE TWO ORGANIZATIONS HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT TO JOIN FORCES.
Patrimonica and iNFiNi-t are proud to announce the conclusion of an agreement in principle under which the two companies have agreed to merge their activities. The transaction was completed on March 31, 2022.
Founded in 2009, Patrimonica is an independent multi-family office that acts as a director of personal finance for wealthy families. The company offers a range of services in portfolio management, financial, tax and estate planning, family governance and philanthropy for approximately one hundred families. Founded in 2005, iNFiNi-t is an independent firm that specializes in portfolio management and investment consulting for high-net-worth families and foundations.
