Two External Members Join Our Investment Committee

We are pleased to announce the addition of two external members to our Investment Committee: Michel Lemieux and Marc-André Binette.

Michel is an investment industry veteran who has devoted his career to institutional investors. For the past 11 years, he has been Director, Investments for the Fondation Lucie et André Chagnon. He also spent more than 20 years as a bond portfolio manager for a pension fund and a major asset manager.

Marc-André is Assistant Manager, Real Estate Investments, Private Funds and Co-investments at Fondaction. With over 25 years' experience in alternative investments, he plays an important role in the integration of recognized sustainable development evaluation processes for all the assets under his management. In particular, he has overseen the creation of innovative and structuring financial tools to meet societal and environmental challenges.

The appointment of these two professionals to Patrimonica Asset Management's Investment Committee reinforces our leadership in the multifamily office market, as well as our values of excellence, innovation and independence.
